Welcome to Solvuo ("we," "our," or "us"), accessible at solvuo.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service description

Solvuo is an AI-assisted career platform that analyzes your resume against a target job description (or, for early-career job seekers, your project details and target domain) and generates a tailored resume alongside an estimated ATS match score.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Solvuo and enter into these terms.

Your responsibilities

  • You must own or hold the necessary rights to the resume content you upload.
  • You must not upload another person's personal information without their express consent.
  • You must not use Solvuo for unlawful purposes or to generate deceptive, fraudulent, or deliberately fabricated credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated suggestions and resume content before utilizing them in actual job applications.

Payments, credit validity, and extensions

  • Payment Processor: All transactions are securely processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. By initiating a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Use for payment processing.
  • Digital delivery: Purchased credits and entitlements are delivered to your Solvuo account online, normally immediately or within one (1) business day. There is no physical shipment.
  • Credit Packs & Pricing: Product tiers, credit allocations, and pricing details are clearly displayed on our Pricing and checkout interfaces.
  • Credit Validity: Each purchased credit pack carries a defined validity period (e.g., 7 to 45 days, depending on the plan). Credits must be used before the end of the validity period.
  • Extensions: Active, unused credits can be extended prior to expiration by purchasing an extension pass or purchasing an additional credit pack. Once a validity period lapses without an extension, unused credits expire and cannot be reinstated.
  • Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation rights, refund eligibility, and processing timelines are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

Solvuo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview calls, or compatibility with any specific employer's proprietary Applicant Tracking System (ATS). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solvuo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our service.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, compromise system security, or engage in abusive behavior.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
